Garden.AI provides AI-generated garden redesign concepts based on user-provided photos and preferences. Results are for inspiration and informational purposes only.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload.
You grant us permission to process your content to provide the service.
You confirm you have the rights to upload the content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

Acceptable Use

Do not upload illegal content, malware, or content you do not own.
Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

Subscriptions & Payments (if applicable)

If Garden.AI offers paid subscriptions, payments and renewals will be handled through the App Store / Google Play under their terms. You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your store account settings.

Disclaimer

AI outputs may be inaccurate or not feasible. You are responsible for decisions made based on redesign suggestions. We do not provide professional landscaping, construction, or safety advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garden.AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
